From the heart of Ribatejo, the new Quinta Dom Rodrigo White 2023 was born, the perfect companion to celebrate the peak of summer, which has a holiday flavor.

Citrine in color with greenish hints, clear and bright, this wine (60% Fernão Pires, 20% Arinto and 20% Chardonnay) is distinguished by its fruity aroma with notes of citrus and white-fleshed fruits. In the mouth it is fresh, with a finish that lasts in harmony with the structure of the wine. Partial aging for six months in 500 ML french oak barrels gives it a unique elegance.

Quinta Dom Rodrigo White 2023 pairs ideally with fish, charcuterie and white meat dishes.

Neighboring the foothills of the Serras D'Aire and Candeeiros, Quinta Dom Rodrigo is located in the municipality of Santarém, in Casével, and has been owned by Família Cardoso since 2016. It comprises 90 hectares of planted vineyards, of which 30 are old dryland vines, In the new vineyards, grape varieties that were more adapted to the region and with greater oenological potential were chosen.

The hillside clay-limestone terroir is ideal for maintaining the freshness and finesse of this white wine, born in an area with a hot and dry climate, conducive to the perfect degree of ripeness of the grapes.
