The story of each bottle of olive oil begins long before… in the olive grove. This olive oil comes from olive groves maintained in integrated production, preserving natural resources. Factors such as the microclimate, soil type and altitude are unique characteristics that contribute to the differentiation of this excellent product.

During the harvest, which usually begins in mid-October, the olives are quickly processed to ensure that the oil is extracted from healthy, fresh olives, preserving all their flavour.
