The arrival of the new season brought with it a new image for our Cais do Reguengo White. A wine with citrus, floral and light aromas with toasted notes. Its very present acidity and creaminess contribute to a mineral and persistent aftertaste.
CAIS DO REGUENGO WHITE 2023
Varieties: Rabigato and Arinto.
Vinification: Destemming and light crushing, followed by thermal shock to 10ºC through the mass exchanger. Pneumatic pressing, followed by cold static decantation for 24 hours. Partial fermentation in French oak barrels, the rest of the wine ferments in stainless steel at a controlled temperature.
Pairing: Ideal with fish, seafood and Asian dishes.
In honor of the fauna and flora of Quinta do Vale do Pia, a new image for Vale da Pia White is born. A wine distinguished by its aroma of tropical fruits and white-fleshed fruits, marked by freshness and persistence in the mouth.

Vinification: Destemming and light crushing, followed by thermal shock to 10ºC, through the mass exchanger. Pneumatic pressing, followed by cold static decantation for 24 hours. Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature.
Pairing: Ideal with seafood, salads, pasta, fish and Asian dishes, or as an aperitif.
