SPARKLING

CONVÉS

D.O.C. ALENTEJO

ROSÉ / ROSE

The origin of the sparkling wine Convés is in Herdade da Lisboa, but the inspiration for its name comes from the sea. History tells that Vasco da Gama had the noble title of “Conde da Vidigueira”, the name of the Portuguese village where these sparkling wines are produced, following the classic method and with an 18-month aging.

The Sparkling Convés Rosé, with its bright salmon color, carries delicate and fresh aromas, with notes of raspberries and wild berries. The creamy and elegant texture, together with the very fine bubble, brings a lively and refreshing acidity to the mouth.

Versatile as an accompaniment to the table, it stands out as an aperitif and pairing with rich dishes of fish, seafood and roast suckling pig.
