The origin of the sparkling wine "Convés" is in Herdade da Lisboa, but the inspiration for its name comes from the sea. History tells that Vasco da Gama had the noble title of “Conde da Vidigueira”, the name of the Portuguese village where these sparkling wines are produced, following the classic method and with an 18-month aging.

The White Convés Sparkling Wine carries aromas of white pulp and citrus. The fine and persistent bubble gives it an excellent balance in the mouth, making the set creamy and smooth, marked by freshness.

Versatile as an accompaniment to the table, it stands out as an aperitif and pairing with rich dishes of fish, seafood and roast suckling pig.
