Paço dos Infantes Sparkling White is produced from the Arinto, Alvarinho and Baga varieties, harvested manually and cooled in a cold room for 24 hours. Individual fermentation of each variety in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Second fermentation in bottle, followed by aging on fine lees for 24 months.

Fine and expressive aroma, with notes of white pulp fruit and fine pastries. It combines fruity youth with the complexity of aging in the bottle, which make the whole creamy and smooth, full of flavor, balance and freshness. 

Ideal as an aperitif, rich fish dishes, shellfish and roast suckling pig.
