GARRAFEIRA

PAÇO dos

INFANTES

D.O.C. ALENTEJO

BRANCO / WHITE

Paço dos Infantes Garrafeira White is produced from the Arinto and Alvarinho varieties, harvested manually and cooled in a cold room for 24 hours. Each variety is fermented individually in 500 liter French oak barrels with controlled temperature. It ages for eight months under the fine lees (sur lies) with periodic bâtonnages. Aged for another 18-months in the bottle.

It stands out for its greenish yellow in colour. The aroma is very rich, with ripe fruit, mineral matrix and smoked wood in the background. To the mouth, there is remarkable precision, excellent in the volume, tension, structure and acidity that ensure good progression in the bottle.

Ideal with rich fish and seafood dishes. Perfect accompaniment to various cod dishes and soft cheeses.
