ROSÉ / ROSE
The Convés Rose is produced from manually harvested Touriga Nacional and Aragonês grapes. It benefits from vacuum pressing, followed by cold decanting for 48 hours after destemming, light crushing and thermal shock to 10 degrees.
It has an open salmon color and aroma in which floral notes and red fruits stand out. Balanced acidity and pleasant finish.
It pairs well with light dishes and is also well served as an aperitif.
