Paço dos Infantes white is produced from different varieties, which ferment individually in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. With a predominance of the Antão Vaz variety, the Arinto and Verdelho varieties are also part of the lot. Vacuum pressing, followed by cold decanting for 48 hours. Ferment in stainless steel with controlled temperature.

Clear and bright, this white from Herdade da Lisboa is creamy and with expressive fruit, citrus and tropical notes, supported by a refreshing acidity.

Pairs well with fish and seafood dishes, white meats and Asian dishes.
