The new top range Herdade da Lisboa is a premium collection of varietal wines, limited and exclusive editions of the best vintages of each variety and each year.

“We are not concerned with the origin of the variety, whether it is red or white, Portuguese or international. What we are looking for is the variety that assumed a leading role and expressed itself in an exceptional way that year, in our terroir”, explains the winemaker of Herdade da Lisboa, Ricardo Silva.

It can be a Verdelho, Alvarinho, Petit Verdot varietal or any other of the 15 varieties on the property. Every year there will be a new Herdade da Lisboa, although not always from the same varieties. “In this way, over the years, we will be able to design an iconic collection of wines that will show the potential of the Herdade in the production of varietal wines”, concludes the winemaker.

For the debut of the range, Herdade da Lisboa presents the white Herdade da Lisboa Viognier 2019, the red Herdade da Lisboa Trincadeira 2019 and the rosé Herdade da Lisboa Touriga Nacional 2019.
